Here you can find information how to track your order which is sent with Bulgarian Post. It includes two steps:

1. The first step is track parcel in Bulgaria before it go abroad:

In a table it last row should contains fallowing information: "Insert item into bag (Otb) and Send item abroad ...".

Between two steps may pass some days before the parcel arrives in you country and process form your local post service. We always send your orders with Air.

2. Tracking parcel in your local post service

Choose your local post service in your country and in it enter your tracking number:
